The original Gazuki mark 1, launched in 2009 for £349.00 inc VAT plus delivery (included Gig-Bag, spare strings and 4Ch EQ Pick-up). Technically this was never called the GZ1, as far as I can tell, but later referred to as the “mark 1”. However, I’m calling it the GZ1 for consistency.
Mine
Mine is tuned DAEA with (most of) a set of Clifford Essex regular custom unison cittern strings (16, 24w, 36w, 52w). It is a little out of tune at the octave, but less so with the heavier strings on. Jon (my tame luthier) reckons the neck is actually a smidgeon off being accurate at the 12th fret.
